Assistive Devices
We will ensure that our staff is trained and familiar with various assistive devices that may be used by our patients with disabilities while accessing care in our facility.
Communication
We will communicate with people with disabilities in ways that take into account their disability.
Service Animals
We welcome people with service animals. Service animals are allowed in all parts of our clinic that are open to the public.
Support Persons
A person with a disability who is accompanied by a support person will be allowed to have that person accompany them.
Notice of Temporary Disruption
In the event of a planned or unexpected disruption to services or facilities, we will clearly post information about the disruption and it's anticipated length of time, and a description of alternatives if available. The notice will be made publicly available on the home page of our website, on the automated telephone message and in clearly posted signs in and outside of the clinic.
