In 2019 the physicians of the Uxbridge Health Centre starting envisioning a new future for their clinic. One that prioritized community care, was modern and up to date, and a home they could call their own, a starting point for a healthcare campus in Uxbridge. Now, two years later, the Oak Tree Medical Centre is opening it's doors. With the upstairs of the building housing a brand new office space for the physicians and staff of the Uxbridge Health Centre, the rest of the building will include businesses and services like Aninna's Cafe, Pharmasave, a blood lab, a dentist and more. 

We can't wait for you to visit our new space. It is bright and welcoming and modern, and we are so excited to share our multi-year long vision with all of you.
